First Course
Choose one of the following options
Cozze
P.E.I. mussels, white wine tomato broth, grilled crostini.
Calamari alla Griglia
Grilled calamari, diced tomatoes, Kalamata olives, scallions, white wine and charred lemon.
Cavolo Nero
Kale salad with quinoa, green apple, candied pecans and goat cheese in a lemon champagne vinaigrette.
Cesare
Romaine hearts, crispy prosciutto, shaved parmigiano and herbed croutons in a homemade Caesar dressing.
Second Course
Choose one of the following options.
Casareccia Pizza
Crushed San Marzano tomatoes, housemade sausage, rapini, fior di latte, basil, garlic and preserved chillies.
Cavatelli Cinghiale
Homemade cavatelli, braised wild boar, porcini mushrooms, grana padano, rosemary, white truffle oil.
Pollo
Oven roasted chicken supreme, charred lemon and herb jus, potato puree and seasonal vegetables.
Risotto ai Verdure
Carnaroli rice with mixed bell peppers, spinach, parmigiano reggiano, white wine and white truffle oil.
Veal Marsala
Pan seared veal scallopini, Marsala wine reduction, mushrooms, scallion mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Sea Bass
Grilled Sea Bass fillet with citrus vinaigrette, roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Dessert
Choose one of the following options.
Panna Cotta
Panna cotta custard with seasonal fruit preserves and candied pistachios.
Tiramisu
Traditional Italian layered dessert with ladyfingers, espresso, mascarpone and dusting of cocoa.
Gelato
Seasonal selection of authentic Italian gelato.
