First Course
Choose one of the following options
Gamberi Grigliati
Grilled shrimps, Italian bomba, organic sprouts, citrus dressing.
Barbabietole
Buffalo ricotta, local candy beets, crushed pistachios and vincotto.
Cesare
Romaine hearts, crispy prosciutto, shaved parmigiano, herbed croutons and homemade Caesar dressing.
Second Course
Choose one of the following options.
Pizza Oro
Crushed San Marzano tomatoes, housemade sausage, pepperoni, 'nduja sausage, garlic, basil, oregano, fior di latte and coriander vinaigrette.
Tagliatella Verdi
Homemade spinach tagliatella, lamb ragu and shaved pecorino.
Petto di Anatra
Seared Muscovy duck breast, balsamic cherry reduction, roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Bistecca
10 oz. striploin, red wine reduction, celery root puree and seasonal vegetables.
Risotto del Golfo
Carnaroli rice with P.E.I. mussels, scallops, shrimps, clams, San Marzano tomato broth.
Dessert

Cannoli
Sicilian pastry filled with ricotta, crushed pistachio and candied orange peel.
Panna Cotta
Panna cotta custard with seasonal fruit preserves and candied pistachios.
